Upcoming: AGM 2025 – Redesigning Urgent Access for Better Patient Care

We’re excited to invite members to the Central Okanagan Division of Family Practice Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at the Hotel Eldorado Resort, Kelowna. This in-person event will cover essential Division updates and board reports from the past year. 

Following the AGM, Dr. Sienna Bourdon, MD CCFP, will present Redesigning Urgent Access: Strategic Changes for Family Practice. She will share insights from her quality improvement project focused on improving urgent access in the Patient Medical Home and reducing emergency department visits, including practical tools to optimize patient access and office efficiency.
